Easy Online Setup

It's easy to get started online right now in 3 simple steps.

1. Online Form: First, you'll fill out a quick online intake form. This document will give us all of the data needed to fill out the contract and activate your listing.

2. Setup Fee: After the intake form is completed, you'll receive a link to pay the $495 setup fee. The setup fee will secure your spot and trigger the listing agreement to go out for signatures.

3. DocuSign: The final step is signing the listing agreement and disclosures. Once the DocuSign is complete, we'll schedule professional photography, and begin marketing the home!
